Update – Point to Point at “The Folly”, Oldtown, Co. Dublin.
Racing will go ahead at the Point to Point tomorrow but on foot of advise received last night from the Department of Agriculture, the Equine Centre, Horse Racing Ireland and the Turf Club, as a precaution due to the situation with Equine Influenza the Ward Union Hunt have taken the decision not to run the two Hunt Members Races.
Schooling which usually follows racing will now be run from 8.30am the following morning, Monday the 11th February.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to members and any payments made will be reimbursed as soon as possible.
