The Ward Union Hunt Point to Point Members & Subscribers Races (kindly sponsored by LeasePlan) will this year take place on Sunday 10th February at “The Folly” Oldtown following racing, we have two Members/Subscribers races, the first is for Members/Subscribers to ride over the Point to Point fences and a Ladies Flat Race will then follow.
Both races are kindly sponsored by LeasePlan.
Please find below the Rules & Regulations for both races, get your entry in quick as numbers are limited:
• Must be a paid up member or subscriber of Ward Union Hunt or Fingal Harriers.
• Must be a half bred horse (no exceptions)
• Riders must attend a schooling morning (date to be decided) to assess if the horse and rider are capable (jumps race only).
• All riders will carry 12 stone (or over!!!)
• All riders will wear race colours (their own or colours can be provided)
• The race consists of 1 lap of the P2P course over fences for the jumps race and on the flat for Ladies race.
• Entry fee is €150 Jumps Race and €100 Ladies Flat Race and must be fully paid up 1 week prior to the race in order to get the correct names on the race card.
* Back protector must be worn.
